REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
At the moment, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns due to a recent transition to a more sustainable and eco-friendly business model. To reduce our environmental impact, we have implemented a policy prioritizing minimizing waste and promoting conscious consumption. Traditional return processes often generate additional waste through shipping materials and fuel consumption and contribute to the disposal of returned items that cannot be resold. By suspending our return policy, we encourage customers to make more thoughtful purchasing decisions and reduce the overall carbon footprint associated with product returns. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to create a greener future. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We carefully inspect our items before shipping them out. We do not take responsibility for any damages or lost shipments during shipping. 

Please keep the original boxes, including all packaging materials and goods you purchased. In case of a damaged or lost shipment that was uninsured, please report to us within 12 days of the delivery date. We can assist in submitting a damage or loss report to the shipping carrier. Still, we cannot guarantee any reimbursements—detailed documentation and proof of your damaged or defective item(s) are essential for us to provide support.

REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns are eligible for Store Credit only.
